We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.

Dispatch Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Express Post speeds up shipping time after dispatch but does not shorten processing time.

Local Pick-Up

If you select local pick-up, you’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection, usually within 24–48 hours, along with pick-up instructions.

Tracking & Delivery

Once dispatched, your tracking number will be emailed to you.

Some parcels may require a signature upon delivery. If you miss your delivery, follow the instructions provided by Australia Post.

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, reshipping costs will apply.
