Returns & Exchanges
We understand that buying jewellery online can be challenging, so we’ve kept our returns process straightforward.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Eligible items can be returned for:
- Store Credit (valid 6 months from date of issue)
- Exchange (subject to availability)
Store credit and exchanges are processed once the item is received and approved.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging. If your order included a free gift, the gift must also be returned in its original condition.
All returns must be approved by our team via email before sending anything back.
Important
- Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Sale and sample items are final sale and not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend using tracked postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
- If your exchange is approved and the item is in stock, your replacement will be dispatched within 2 business days of receiving your return.
Warranty
All items include a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing faults.
If you believe your item is faulty, email us with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund if a manufacturing issue is confirmed.
Please note that many pieces are handcrafted. Slight variations in colour, pattern, or size are normal and part of their character. Colours may also vary slightly based on lighting, screens, and skin tone.
